These were the best seats we could get. woresed [sic] all that morning first at Y.W. breakfast then picking violets . It rained that night and I had a dreadful time carrying my umbrella basket and [illegible].
The DS sent Ruby the prettiest bunch of turnips. Karo took them down and Ruby was tickled to death.
"Uncle Scott" came Tuesday and took us around town Tuesday afternoon. We persuaded him to stay with us to supper and then he took Lola, Ruby, Jeanette and "me" to be Ministrels. Had a grand time but we all wept when he left.
Feb. 24, 1915 - K. Morrison and I were scared to death when Mrs. Cawthon sent for us. I [illegible] how delighted we were to see Cousins Angus M
